Scope of Services


Coaching and hypnotherapy services are collaborative, personal growth–oriented processes
designed to support insight, awareness, and self-directed change. These services are not a
substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal care.


Clients understand that results vary and are dependent upon their personal engagement,
follow-through, and willingness to apply insights gained during and between sessions. No
specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.


Program Commitment & Payment Options


This program is designed for clients who are ready to commit to a full six-session process.
Clients may choose to pay the program fee in full or select a two-payment option to make the
investment more accessible.


Payment options are offered to support affordability and do not create a pay-as-you-go
arrangement. By enrolling, the client acknowledges their intention to complete the full program
regardless of the payment option selected.


Refund Policy


Due to the nature of coaching and hypnotherapy services, all sales are considered final once
services have been rendered.


Clients will not receive refunds for sessions that have already been completed or attended.
If a client has paid for sessions that have not yet been used, a refund may be issued for the
unused sessions only. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining sessions at the time of
the refund request and processed to the original method of payment.


Refund Requests


Refund requests for unused sessions must be submitted in writing via email. To request a
refund, the client must email [northstarcoaching333@gmail.com] with the subject line
“Refund Request” and include the following information:


● Full name
● Program name
● Date of purchase
● Number of sessions completed
● Reason for the refund request

 

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will apply only to unused
sessions and will be processed to the original method of payment.

Session Usage & Expiration


All purchased sessions must be used within six (6) months of the initial session date, unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be considered
forfeited and are non-refundable.


Missed Sessions & Rescheduling Policy


Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Each client is permitted to reschedule
a single session each up to two (2) times during the course of the program, regardless of
notice given.


Once the rescheduling limit has been reached, any additional missed or canceled sessions may
result in the cancellation of the remaining program sessions without refund.


This policy exists to support consistency, momentum, and accountability throughout the
coaching and hypnotherapy process.


Practitioner Responsibilities


As the practitioner, I am committed to providing a professional, respectful, and supportive
environment throughout the coaching and hypnotherapy process.


I will provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule a session whenever
possible. In the event of an emergency, I will communicate as soon as reasonably able and
work with the client to reschedule.


I agree to show up fully present for scheduled sessions and to uphold ethical standards within
the scope of coaching and hypnotherapy practice.


Privacy & Confidentiality Policy


Client privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. All personal information, session
content, and identifying details shared during sessions will be kept confidential and will not be
shared with third parties without the client’s written consent.


Any use of client experiences for educational, training, or marketing purposes will be done only
in a generalized and anonymized manner, with all identifying details removed.


Confidentiality may be limited only where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of
harm to the client or others.


Digital Records & Online Practice


This is an online-based practice. Reasonable security measures are used to protect digital
records, scheduling information, and communication. Clients acknowledge that no method of
electronic communication or storage is completely secure and agree to participate with this
understanding.
